I only had one class with him, but he was fun and knowledgeable and expanded my interest in anthropology and archaeology. When I see documentaries that cover his area of study, I remember details from that class. Great professor.
I’m so sorry to hear about his passing. I had several classes and an internship with him and still remember all of the great talks we had. He was very inspiring,
